We told you we were going to make your summer. Introducing our Summer Sweat Set. First up, this full body workout created for a decent sweat. Try it with a friend to stay accountable. The workout: ⠀ Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, resting for 15 seconds in between each exercise to complete one circuit. Complete the circuit three times, with 60 seconds recovery in between each circuit. Summer, made. 1. High Knees 2. Plank walks with jump 3. Squat Jacks with ankle taps 4. Shoulder tap plank 5.
