Accept your emotions , stress and anxiety.
This is a time like no other and we are feeling fear , and uncertainty - and this can lead to a general feeling of overwhelm, we don’t know which way to turn, what to do , how to get thru the day and worried about tomorrow.
Don’t think you are alone… You are not alone
Many are feeling the same way you feel.
So…take a deep breath, know in your heart that it’s OK to feel the way you feel and that in the end, things will work out.
Accept your feelings- they are a part of you… Accept yourself
And Accept that life is different now, but have confidence that you will get thru this
