					The MAX Challenge - Compliant, healthy, and delicious grilled chicken and quinoa. www.themaxchallenge.com
Ingredients: 
8 oz. chicken breast 
2 tsp. thyme 
1 tsp. rosemary 
1 T. safflower mayo 
1 tsp. sage 1 (9.5 oz.) container cooked quinoa 
Directions: Combine rosemary, sage, parsley, thyme, safflower mayo and pepper into  1 tsp. sage a small bowl. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together creating an herb mayonnaise. Brush the herb mayo evenly onto the chicken and allow to marinate for 1-2 hours (up to 24 hours if desired). Set grill on medium to high heat.  Grill the chicken 5-6 minutes on each side until chicken is thoroughly cooked.  Serve with steamed broccoli & and 1 (9 .5 oz.) container of quinoa.
